Why it does not show purchased, meanwhile I already pre-order Halo 5 before publishing day.

Needs help.

I already purchased halo 5 at 10/15/2015. But today when I access Halo 5 game landing page. The game status does not show purchased.It wants me buy another copy.

My question is if I delete the halo 5 pre-order edition in the future .But I want to re-install it another day. Xbox store needs me to purchasing another copy? This does not make sense. Additionally, the pre-order edition changed to standard.

Does anyone engage this issue?

Quantum Break Pre-order shows as 04/05/2016 not a pre order!

Hello I spoke with a Xbox support representative over the Chat and He told me that my Quantum Break pre-order it's not a pre-order since it shows on his end as I bought it on 04/05/2016 (On the release day) meanwhile I didn't, I purchased on 04/04/2016 a
day before so I qualify for the pre-order Bonus. That's the reason I'm guessing why I don't get any pre-order codes. He redirect me to his Forum for further assistance . Thanks for the help

Question about pre-orders

so after release date, do I get credited on my pre orders? if not, I will never pre order again. Also why does halo wars 2 ultimate edition count as a pre order if I bought it on the 17th? I downloaded it and played it straight away. I did not " pre
order" it. it did not say pre order on my store page . My account has already been charged for it, so why does it not count towards my vip rank? thankyou..

I purchased at 10/15/2015 in XBOX OFFICIAL store and download with digital edition not disc. Before 10/27/2015. The store showed me "purchased" status at 10/26/2015.

Thank you for contacting us. Did you pre-download the purchase to your console or you have not done this ? If you have not pre-downloaded the game, then please navigate to my games & apps section and under games navigate to far right. The game should be
listed under "Ready to install" section. When you cant find this game, then when under ready to install section press and hold LT+RT+X to use un-hide function.

If the game is still not listed and store asks you to re-purchase the game, please contact Xbox Support directly, so they can take a look at your account and find a solution for your issue.

Its seems Microsoft is the problem. I cant imagine why they would be ready for the P$3 but not the Xbox.

Publishers choice maybe. I know with Advance Warfighter (360 digital version) Activision was saying it was up to MS (considering it was already available digitally on PS3 through the PlayStation store). And this game, Lords of the Fallen, is already available
for Day 1 digital to pre-order on the PlayStation store. Seems weird that the publishers are making the choice to put their digital pre-orders there but not here.

Seriously, if you are angry about pre-ordering so far before the game comes out, why pre-order it now? I know I will own Halo 5 when it comes out, but I have not pre-ordered it, and have no worries about not being able to get it later.
