    Why isn’t Xbox/Microsoft taking any action?


    So this is an on going thing with Microsoft and I’ve reported multiple times, I tried to report people and or take the concern higher and i can’t even chat with an agent. There’s a lot of Xbox players using Cronus Hack and/or other type of mods with Aimbot and Wallhacks and why Microsoft isn’t taking any action on this? It is very frustrating, trying to play the game and have fun while people are actually messing it up. It doesn’t look like it’s going to stop and recently I’ve seen there’s mods available for Xbox for the new Call of Duty MW2. Please do something about it and I hope you guys offer refund for the new CoD: MW2 or now since y’all purchased Activision I hope y’all are more efficient and fix this on going problem and hopefully y’all decide to remove PC from cross play community because it’s messed up

    microsoft analyzes all cases of complaint, an employee of microsoft itself has this function, unfortunately microsoft does not usually inform the measures taken and the only alternative we have as a member of the community is to wait for microsoft to take the appropriate measures.

    As a player I can only inform you, only Microsoft can give an opinion on the need and possibility of punishment, and not even support has the autonomy to change this decision, unfortunately.

    I've taken the appropriate steps and just blocked him myself. I'm confused why it's taken nearly a month to evaluate and take any action. None was taken obviously as he sent threats of violence, sexually explicit messages, and hate speech to me on 10OCT2022. He continued to do so today until I blocked him myself.
