    Why isn't XBOX LIVE still supported in eastern Europe?


    I have a few questions, why doesn't microsoft establish a greater presence in eastern Europe by making xbox live, xbox game pass available in eastern Europe? Will they do something for the xbox series x release because everyone i talk to says to me that
    they will buy a PS5 even though they would like the xbox series x. The reason is that xbox just isn't supported in our regions. I just hope xbox doesn't lose the next gen fight in eastern Europe just because it doesn't have servers set up. That would be a
    dissapointment.

    IIRC there are some specific national regulation issues behind some of this.

    The short answer is that, as thenother person said, there are legal issues. There’s also licensing and fraud issues. Eastern Europe Often carries a seperate set or copyright holders. You cant just decide your service is supported somewhere,

    No worries DarkLordZero, hopefully Microsoft look into expanding xbox live services to Eastern Europe. In the mean time checkout
