Why isn't the keyboard popping up to let me sign into xbox cloud gaming?

Just a friendly reminder though that as of the moment, keyboard and mouse are not yet supported for cloud gaming. You may need to use a controller to sign in to your game.

Sorry for the late reply. I have tried various browsers (safari, google, edge) to no avail. I will try clearing the cache, and will let you know if i am unsuccessful. Thanks!

Sign in on the new console, pop your external on, redownload anything that isn't already saved. That's really all you need to do. As long as you've been playing online, your game saves are automatically stored on the cloud so those will sync up when you
play a game.
