Why isn't the 200 Robux and 100 Robux option in the Microsoft Rewards Robux Gift Card?

The 100 Robux option in Microsoft Rewards has disappeared like it had in 2021, I know that the rewards team has run out of 100 robux gift cards due to popular demand.

But does anyone know when they gift cards are coming

I understand your concern. I'm afraid some gift cards aren’t always available through Microsoft Rewards. Roblox Digital Card—100 & 200 Robux may be out of stock or unavailable, but there is no information when will they be back. If you want, you can also redeem Xbox Gift Card on Microsoft Rewards (if it's available on your region) and use that to pay for Robux. But it will require more points I think compared to just redeeming Robux.

For now, we will have to wait for Robux to be available again on Rewards.

you have to buy the robux through the game itself on pc or mac. any robux purchased with a microsoft account go through xbox console only. gift cards for robux for microsoft are for the console only too.

Usually Microsoft or Xbox gift cards from Rewards are automatically redeemed on your account. Then, just go to purchase Robux and the option to pay with your Microsoft account balance will be shown to you.
