Why isnt some new arcade games releasing on 360 but not on x1

So a major arcade game that came out was yugioh millennium duels. They release it on 360, but not on xb1. If it came out on x1, i would 100% buy it, but since its on 360, i will not buy it, considering i dont play 360 anymore. Can somebody explain that to
me

Killer Instinct Classic

My question is..WHY is XBL not releasing Killer Instinct for the 360? I'm not asking for the new one..I (along with several 1000 others) want the ORIGINAL available on the arcade. With NO special requirements..( a few arcade games need a gold membership
to play)

I have no intention of buying a x box one. My 360 works just fine.

Plus I have alot of reasons why NOT to by the new system. ( all are due to the seemingly now mandatory gold membership to play..examples Garden warfare, Titan fall )

Why are you NOT releasing a simple outdated CLASSIC?

Isnt a Blacklight Tango Down game supposed to be releasing on arcade later this year? I heard it was supposed to be free aswell :l

 

I would imagine that the developer has put their resources into targeting the 360/PS3 because the install bases are big. Creating a One/PS4 version would require extra resources as the new consoles (in both cases) do not have the same architectures as the
old consoles, plus the install bases are much smaller.

 

Yeah I am sure there is a logical reason for it. It may even be just simple preference.

I'm not a big Yu-Gi-Oh fan myself so I don't follow it enough to know the answer.

The games really have been a frustratingly slow trickle.

 

There's a few games on the 360 I would love to see on the one, Assassins Creed Liberation is one of them, I don't know why either.

 

That I would welcome ^ Liberation. It was recently on offer for the 360 too. Only a few quid! I imagine games will pick up soon enough though.

 

I hope so, I also saw that on the 360 deal, and nearly went for it, but I'm trying to play the One more, I need to finish Titanfall before Wolfenstein, it's getting traded, and if it wasn't it wouldn't get a look in, we also need more racers on the One,
and please let there be a futuristic racer sometime soon.

 

Several games have been coming out that are last gen only. Lightning Returns, Dark Souls 2, that South Park game. They were most likely too far in the development to start on a current gen port. I don't play last gen games anymore either. But I don't let
it bother me.

I think that's because the ID@Xbox program was behind schedule. MS didn't announce the first games until GDC in March, but they announced a list of 25 games there and there's over 100 developers making games via ID@Xbox now, so it'll only be a matter of
time before we start getting a steady stream of new stuff, just like with XBLA.

 

I can't wait for ID@XBOX to come out reguluerly. And some might be free to play. A 1000GS free to play game. And get most of it by not paying a dime. I be there. But I would not mind paying any way.

 

Well the good news is 25 games will be released in the new couple weeks for the xb1. woulda been mice is the mod kept that thread open so people could see the link, but they have been getting a little over bearing lately.

But yea, 25 new games to be released in the next couple weeks
