Why isn't roblox on my order history

I am trying to recover my roblox account. I made the account back in 2018 and forgot the email, password and number linked to that accoun. I have contacted roblox numerous times but they keep asking for a receipt of purchase, product amount, order number and date of purchase. Since its a free game to purchase i cant find any of this in my order history on xbox. They keep asking for this and never say anything else. Is there any other way to retrieve thid account?

Thanks for the reply. But I never made a purchase in Roblox. Roblox want me to make a screenshot from my history purchase. I tried to explain to Roblox that on the Xbox there is no purchase history for free games. But still they want me to give it and I have to contact Xbox about it. I’m really stuck how to get my account back.

When was the last time you had purchased something on your Roblox account or game?

What device/platform are you using to play the game?

It may be on a different account? Try to check your other accounts or email addresses by signing in each one of them through https://account.microsoft.com then Payment & billing > Order history.

The Order History over at your Microsoft Account page under Payments & Billing > Order History should show those purchases initiated for both Windows 10 and Xbox One. You might need to extend the purchase period on that page, but it should show the items,
with details that you can get on the item, but then that would only show the purchase of the game on the platform, and not any specific association with the Roblox account with the purchase, unless it's specifically tied to the two accounts together automatically;
I'm not as familiar with how Roblox accounts work.

That said, I would recommend going through the email account used for the Roblox account, and search for any communication from Roblox there that might show account association.
