Why isn't remote play working?

We understand that you're experiencing issues with remote play on your Xbox console. Remote play requires a stable internet connection, and if you're experiencing issues while traveling out of state, it's possible that your internet connection may not be strong enough to support remote play.



To troubleshoot the issue, I recommend checking your internet connection speed and ensuring that it meets the minimum requirements for remote play (like setting up your console into Sleep Mode). You can also try resetting your console and router, as well as checking for any updates for your console and the Xbox app on your mobile device.

I just switched from Rogers to Fibe. Can't understand how, if their remote works with the Xbox and the Fibe remote works with other DVD players, why there isn't a code for the Fibe remote.

It's just infra red, right?

It partially works the play to feature still isn't working. only the remote feature works.

The Xbox app isn't supposed to be a remote, probably why they are getting deleted.
