Why isn’t my Xbox ultimate pass working?

Just a friendly reminder though that to access the cloud gaming feature you need to have an active Xbox game pass ultimate, it can't be shared.

In regards to playing Xbox game pass games, you can do so as long as his account is set as Home Xbox. Please perform a power cycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Well no cloud play isn't available for non subscribers

As you are roaming off the console onto servers

It’s not a game pass gift card I’m aware that I already have ultimate on my account which I pay for, it is just a standard gift card with money on it that isn’t working for some reason.

Yeh I own game pass so I don’t know why it isn’t working
