Hey man i just wanna say i found a fix kinda quickly so i forgot about this post, sorry for not replying but at least thank you for sending information over to help me, people like you are amazing.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We totally understand the importance of continuing your progress for your Forza Horizon and all your games. The Xbox app on Windows 10 and 11 has automatic cloud sync for saved games and other gaming data. This allows you to seamlessly transition between devices while continuing to play games from the exact state that you last finished playing.

Unfortunately, there are occasionally instances where sync stops working for certain games on Game Pass which means none of your local data is being sent to the cloud for safekeeping and potential use on other devices

To better understand the situation, we would like to ask these questions, such as:

• What Gaming platform did you previously play the Forza Horizon?
  
• Are you using the same account?
  
• Where did you purchase the game?
  
• What error message are you getting?
  

So far, you can try the methods below and let us know if it helps.

• Reset and Repair Xbox App Microsoft Store
  

1. open Windows Settings
   
2. select Apps and open Apps & Features
   
3. now, look for Xbox App then click the three dots then select Advance Options
   
4. in Advance Option, click Repair (wait till its finish) then click Reset
   
   
   
   
   
5. perform the same process for Microsoft Store
   

• Make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows
  

1. click Start menu and type Services
   
2. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries
   
3. You should see these options
   
   
   
   
   
4. When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them
   
   Note: If you find that you have to do this each and every time you open the Xbox app, you can right-click on these entries, select properties and change their startup from Manual to Automatic
   

• Clear all of the Windows Temporary files
  

1. click Start menu
   
2. select Storage then click Temporary Files
   
3. make sure the Temporary files check box is marked then click Remove files at the top
   
   
   
   
   
4. you can specifically clear the Temporary Files, but you can also include the selected options on the screenshots. Make sure not to include DOWNLODS.
