    Why isn’t my Xbox Live working on a Backwards Compatibility game


    So, I decided to buy a copy of RUSE for Xbox 360 and I knew it had many free dlcs so I wanted to log on and download my DLCs then I found out that my Xbox Live is disconnected. I tried everything to fix my issue such as hard reseting clearing my xbox 360
    local storage and everything. So please help ��

    So I did as you asked it popped up a menu saying Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in.

    Sometimes when launching a backward compatible game on the Xbox One, it will launch without logging you into Xbox Live for the Xbox 360. Usually a redownload of your Xbox 360 profile will do the trick. Just launch a backward compatible game, bring up the
    guide by pressing both the menu & view button at the same time, then press X to sign in, and scroll down to download your profile again. Hopefully that will fix your issue.

    As you were doing that, I checked if it does the same thing on my consoles, and it does. So I am thinking this is an Xbox Live issue with Xbox 360. There is nothing you can do until Microsoft fix it.
