Why isn’t my Xbox letting me play MW2 I purchased this a month ago

I’m having the same issue I purchased the game 2 months ago for my son he’s been playing the beta of it but the full game isn’t showing up as purchased just tells me to purchase it again can anyone help

this worked for me at first a couple months ago but i just did now and it won’t let me play multiplayer because multiplayer pack 2 isn’t installed. i really wish this stuff would work

Will you be playing the game offline or will you be playing the game online multiplayer?

If you will play the game online multiplayer, please make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but if you will be playing the game offline, you can simply set your console to offline and then try launching the game again.

Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline.

I am having an identical problem. It wont let me access my local saves when it says “no cloud saves” but does let me choose new game. I dont understand why I cant play my local saves offline. It shouldn’t be that complicated. Also, I purchased the full
60 dollar game and sometimes need to play offline. Please fix this as it clearly isn’t our computers.
