Upon reading the description you have posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein even after contacting the live support and uninstalling then reinstalling the app, you are still unable to sign or open your Xbox app properly after installing Malwarebytes on your system.



We understand, that you are quite frustrated unto the fact. That you are unable to open or Launch and sign in to your Xbox app preventing you from playing your favorite games. That is why we will do our best to provide you with the most possible options that you can try to fix the problem.

Let’s work together in finding the best solution to this issue.



For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• Have you already tried disabling or turning off your Malwarebytes Anti-Virus app temporarily and checked if your Xbox app shows you the same behavior?



In the meantime, we would like you to try temporarily turning off your Malwarebytes AV(Anti-Virus) and try to open your Xbox app again then check if the issue still persists.

Here's how:

To turn off Malwarebytes, you can either disable the real-time protection from the system tray or the program itself. If you don’t see the Malwarebytes icon in your system tray, try running the program using your desktop shortcut and doing the following:

• Open your Malwarebytes app and On the sidebar that covers the left side of the screen, choose the “Settings” option.
  
• Inside Settings, there are tabs on top of the screen. Click on the “Protection” tab.
  
• The first option you can change is the real-time protection. Disable web protection.
  

It is preferable to turn off threat protection if Malwarebytes prevents you from running an application that you need to run. Enter Malwarebytes since you cannot perform this from the system tray. Here are what comes next:

1. From the left sidebar, select the "Settings" link.

2. Go to the "Protection" tab in the Settings menu.

You're probably trying to stop the detection of potentially undesirable programs (PUPs), so click on its current setting ("Always detect PUPs (recommended)" by default) to modify it.

If you have a Windows 10 PC, Check in your Xbox App in configurations the "Teredo Ip adress" If it isnt working, try reseting your Router.

The first thing you can do is uninstall and reinstall the app. It's better to restart your laptop before reinstalling.

Even though it might seem obvious, it's always best to ensure that our PC and all drivers are up to date. The same goes for the Xbox app. Make sure there are no updates to be done for both.

To update Xbox app and Game services

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
Select Library.
Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
