Why isnt my party working?

I CANNOT join or make parties. I keeps saying Something went wrong with my party. Try again later, and it gives me an error code [0x80190193].

This is pissing me off. I keep having this issue constantly, and there is no way to fix it. I did all the steps, like restarting my router, power cycling the xbox, turning it on and off, ALL OF IT!

Me paying $300 for this, AND THE SUBSCRIPTIONS TO EVER PLAYING GAMES, and this is happening, is so dissapointing.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION.
