Why isn’t my Minecraft downloading and not functioning

Hi,

I was playing Minecraft on a server when my game crashed. Then what happened was when I tried to open it back up, either it would stay on the red Mojang studios screen. Or it would only go up to 43% when loading. I have waited and factory restarted and I unplugged the console and normal restarted. And nothing has worked. Then I proceeded to in uninstall the game then re install. Then my Minecraft wouldn't install if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Which console do you have?
The installation progress is stuck in 0%? Or are you getting an error code?
If you try installing a different game or app, the issue persists or not?

So on my xbox 360 i have Minecraft digitally downloaded. I just bought the minecraft bundle xbox one s and i entered the code for the full game and it says i already have it. I downloaded it but the file size was 313 MG. For minecraft i feel that
isn’t the full size. Did i somehow get it from my xbox 360 or is this a demo?? I’m very confused. To be honest this is why i prefer disc form of games vs digital.

Did the game, when you bought it, say that the dlc was included in the price you paid for it?

This is not a bug. This is not a faulty console. Your Edge browser is not corrupt. You did nothing wrong. Microsoft screwed it up. At least a partial reason why the downloads functionality was removed was because Minecraft players would download mods for the game, which essentially made Microsoft less money because they could just download free versions of mods from the Minecraft Marketplace.

There are two main reasons why you cannot buy or download shaders in Minecraft for Xbox Series S:

The function is still in development. The support for Shaders was added in the preview of Minecraft in Xbox in March 2023, but is not yet available in the full version of the game.

Microsoft has said that you are working to improve the support for Shaders in Minecraft for Xbox Series S. Microsoft may add the purchase of shaders to the Minecraft market in the future, but there is still no specific date for this function.
