    Why isn't my Hogwarts legacy disk pulling up the game?


    My Xbox series x isn't pulling up Hogwarts legacy when I insert the disk. It doesn't have a problem with any other disks or dvds. Any idea what may be wrong?

    Clean the disc with a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth. Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom surface.

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it
