    I own the digital version of GTA San Andreas remastered on Xbox 360 and it was supposed to be made backwards compatible today but it is not showing in the marketplace or my ready to install list

    Transferring GTA San Andreas save to new Xbox 360

    I have a disc copy of GTA San Andreas, and I have a save on my old white Xbox 360. I recently bought a new Xbox 360 E and transferred all my game saves with a flash drive, but I'm unable to transfer San Andreas. Is it possible to transfer San Andreas?

    same... even went to look at purchase history but it only dates back to 2014 for me but i have been a gold member much longer than that

    There seems to be an issue with this but I have found a way round it. Change your location (not region) to Germany.

    setting > system > language and location. The 3rd option is location, select Germany and restart.

    Go to 'My games & Apps' and it should be there in 'ready to install'

    Yep, same here. Only way I can play/download it is to insert my old OG Xbox disc... even though I own the 360 version from years ago. Annoying!

    My suggestion is to hit up Support on Twitter or better, ring them.

    Im having the same problem too, I have the OG Xbox disc of San Andreas but when I put it in it says not playable here, same this is happening with the 360 disc version of Table Tennis, surely as they are now back compat they should work just like any other
    disc version, out it in and it starts downloading the game, just tried both 5 mins ago and still not working

    Omg i looked at the list and it sais gta san andreas it not compatible with xbox 360.

    Why do they sell gta sa if it doesnt work at all?

    Im definately gonna call xbox live support, i want my money back!

    It really sucks that Xbox originals don't show the boxarts. I just downloaded Ninja Gaiden Black and i'm kinda pissed that it doesn't show that awesome boxart. It looks like crap in my downloaded games collection. I planned on buying some more Xbox originals
    like Halo, Burnout 3, and GTA San Andreas, but if none of them show their boxarts then i'm not even gonna bother. I mean, WHY don't they show boxarts? Joust, Marble Blast, Crystal Quest, and Galaga show boxarts, but Halo and San Andreas don't? Come on now.
    Please fix this Microsoft, it can't be too difficult.
