    Why isn’t my game pass ultimate not working?


    My brother owns the subscription to the game pass ultimate and it works fine for him but on my end it doesn’t. He is homed on my Xbox but I don’t have the ability to play them on my end or have access to cloud play.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that to access the cloud gaming feature you need to have an active Xbox game pass ultimate, it can't be shared.

    In regards to playing Xbox game pass games, you can do so as long as his account is set as Home Xbox. Please perform a power cycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    As you are roaming off the console onto servers
