    Why isn't my game loading?


    I just finished Mass Effect 2. And popped in mass effect three on y Xbox One. But after the startup screen, it just continually says "Checking downloadable content". That is all it does. And I have left it on for hours. I have already tried clearing the
    cache, and restoring back to factory settings. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions?

    why isn't my Minecraft bedrock loading?

    Please follow the steps below:

    Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart PC.

    Also, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Tristan.

    Honestly i dont know what to do but get on a call with Microsoft but um pretty sure that its not because i have an out dated xbox i highly doubt it but i bet if i did get the new xbox this wouldt be happening 😂🤣

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing. If the steps previously posted haven't helped resolve the issue, I suggest trying a soft

    factory reset     ( the one that keeps your games and apps) a shot.

    When you get the chance, give that a try and let us know if that helped.
