    Why Isn't my game addons showing up when I boot the game from my pc?


    I have played Hitman on cloud gaming for a while and I bought some addons to go with it.

    However, I have recently got a more capable pc and I don't need cloud gaming anymore but when I booted up the game all the addons I bought aren't in use and it looks like this.

    For comparison here is the same screen on the same account but this time with cloud gaming.

    Does anyone know how I can use the addons without paying for them again.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Are you pertaining to HITMAN Trilogy? If yes, I apologize but cloud gaming uses the console version of games, which means that you have the add-ons of HITMAN Trilogy for the Xbox console version. The game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, there is a license on Xbox as well as on PC.

    You will be able to use the add-ons that you have for the Xbox console version only.

    Ok Brad, thanks for coming back to me. Guess I'l just wait and see then.. I don't think any of my downloaded games and addons were deleted though as not only do they show up on my Games Installed screen, but they, and the addons, are confirmed as being
    installed on my box by the store when checking in there. Strange, but like you suggest I'll wait the service alert out. Not like a PC ist it! lol....

    HORRIBLE customer service, problems with purchase & 5 days to resolve!?

    PS: On my pc right now, when I am logged into my account, it shows that I bought the game..and that it is paid for.. HOwever, it also says "There are no game or avatar items in your Queue." Therefore... when I turn on the 360, the game is NOT showing up
    anywhere.. its not showing up on the pc either even though it confirms that I paid for the game..

    And again, I've already spoken to THREE (3) microsoft reps, and they do NOT know what the problem is.. they KNOW I paid for the game, but they do NOT know why its not showing up.
