    Why isnt my disc game working?


    When I got my Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare disc, I put it in and then I pulled it back and repeated it over and over. So I did the solutions on the support site, NONE OF THOSE WORKED. And its not just the game, THE ENTIRE SET OF GAMES I JUST GOT. They were all on disc but didnt install.

    We always recommend here that you send it to Microsoft Service center. We do not really support here self-repairs because that's risky.

    When was the last time you were able to play on your disc games?
    Did you get any error code or error message?
    What steps have you already tried so far?

    I appreciate your efforts. So you've tried to perform a factory reset already (remove everything)?

    Did you also try to plug in your console directly to a wall outlet without using any surge protector?
