Why isn't my custom profile picture not showing up?

A couple days ago I changed my profile picture, and now I don't like the picture, so I decided to change it to a completely new one. However, when I uploaded the picture to my profile on the Xbox app on my phone, it uploaded the picture, but it never showed up. Then I tried to go on my pc and see if I could change it there, and it uploaded and it was still not showing up. After a couple hours, I finally tried to upload the picture through my console and the same thing happened again. I know for sure I'm not banned from uploading custom pictures because I got no notifications and plus the picture I'm trying to upload is a picture of Godzilla. All I need is just some help, and in the meantime, I'll just wait a couple days and see if they finally verify my profile picture.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regards to the same issue but as an additional help make sure that your image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels.

Also, It might take a little while for your customized image to appear while the enforcement team verifies that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

Yeah I got the same message. I didn't change my picture, but somehow my custom picture isn't showing now.

Hey there NuclearRacc00n.

When you get a chance, try removing your profile from your Xbox One, followed by a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely), then once your Xbox One powers back on, add your profile back.

I tried doing that and a factory reset, and it still didn't work.
