    Why isn't minecraft mods allowed


    I used to be a java player and one thing I would always do Is play modded minecraft now that my pc broke I'm left with xbox so I want to know why pc mods for minecraft cant be allowed it would be a easily implemented thing as twitch and minecraft are teamed up as you have both easily just add the mods section would be very easy and I guarantee you everyone will buy minecraft it will make you alot of money and everyone will enjoy the game that much more it would be all over youtube giving you publicity and all so I don't see a reason to why minecraft bedrock on xbox cant along time ago there was a app on mobile that gave pc mods. So. I know bedrock can support them if any dev's or anyone can answer me this question it would be greatly appreciated also would help you be better then playstation that much more as people put it you would win the console wars at that point I know for the insider hub it says minecraft it not moddable which it's the most moddable game ever and most enjoyable when it is rather then vanilla so if you decide to add it moddable that would be amazing I highly doubt you will but it would make you money all I'm saying

    Xbox version of Minecraft doesn't work the same way.
    A possible reason could be that as all the Xbox files and folders are encrypted on the OS is not possible to modify the folders on it

    But this is only a guess, here in the forums you can find answer from other community members
    You can't find an answer from Minecraft Developers or Mojang here

    Modding games isn't allowed and is against the Xbox TOS. Which is why you can't do it

    Christian it's against the rules to mod any game that isn't done offically

    Modding an EXE isn't allowed

    You can mod maps etc if the games allows it you have to check in game.store details to see which

    That mod isn't meant for xbox encrypted files most likely steam
