Very unfortunately the Microsoft store version of Roblox is most definitely capped at 60 frames per second no matter what hardware you are running. Roblox also has chosen to automatically chose the highest graphics settings possible which may be why you are experiencing poor performance. This is a Roblox issue and not one that we can solve. Can I suggest moving to the online version of the game and downloading it through roblox.com.

Apart from that their is nothing we can do.
