    Why isn't Microsoft manufactering any elite controllers?


    I want to get an Xbox One elite controller. Every retailer doesn't have any. I was wondering why the manufacturing stopped. I can only find preowned elite controllers and I want a brand new one.

    When will 3rd party support dry up for last gen

    Well I looked more into it microsoft states they licensed out for over 100 games that are coming in 2016 (which is when the 360 will not longer be manufactered with games set to be released until end of 2017 possible mid 2018 so there yea go.

    Why isn't Microsoft manufactering any elite controllers?

    There are rumors of a new version is going to come out to replace the first once. I wouldn't be surprised to hear something at E3 soon. A lot of people had issues with those controllers, so it's probably better to wait for a new version anyway.

    Because they are terrible, they break faster than the normal controller. Especially the RB and LB buttons, almost guaranteed to break within 90 days. I would recommend buying the Xbox One Tactical Controller, this is a much better buy and can still be modified
    with things like the "quick shot" to make it feel just like the elite QuickShot™

    Microsoft does not manufacter the discs, that is up to the Game Developer. Complain to them.

    Elite Controller Series 2 compatible Headsets?

    Didn't have any trouble with ours... Not sure why it isn't working for you. We have an elite 2 controller with an Astros brand headset and one with a Turtle Beach brand and we have not had any issues.

    Request a replacement, I have had bithr the original elite and the elite v2 thankfully I haven't had any issues, I'm sorry to hear that the controller isn't working
