    Why isn't Microsoft doing anything to fix the problem with jigsaw puzzles not downloading?


    I purchased this game and would like to be able to play it. It has been down for over a month and this dose not seem far that nothing is being done about this problem. Anyone else feel the same way.

    Game freezing up all the time

    Need to please fix this problem , don't enjoy doing the puzzles this way and love Microsoft Jigsaw its one of the best .. See all are having the same problem ,,???????

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw and now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?
    Microsoft isn't doing anything! Why not?

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Part download of the Barns Collection and Architecture Collection

    I found the puzzle folder on my c drive. The pictures have downloaded but there must be a software issue as when you select the picture to do the puzzle, you get booted out of Microsoft jigsaw.
