    Why isn't Microsoft creating new Jigsaw puzzles?


    Jigsaw is the only game I pay for because it's the only one I enjoy. I've noticed that Microsoft rarely creates new puzzle now. Why? I pay for the game but only get new puzzles once every 2 or 3 months? I have over 700,000 in points that seem to only be used for more puzzles. Where are the puzzles?

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw and now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?
    Microsoft isn't doing anything! Why not?

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
