    Why isn't GTA4 Online working on my Xbox One S?


    When playing Grand Theft Auto 4 on my Xbox One S, the game displays the message "Disconnected from xbox live" and once the game has loaded, any attempt to enter multiplayer is met with the message "You need to be signed into Xbox LIVE to access Xbox LIVE gameplay features.", despite the fact that I have Xbox LIVE and have confirmed this by looking in the settings menu, why is this and how do I go about fixing this so I can play online again? (single player still works without fault)

    Hello MotorMan2006, try to follow the procedures below.

    The first is a clear cache

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Yes i know this, but here i bought it online, for avoid this problem i buy all my games online (on the xbox live) now, and it always worked, i never had this problem with other games, i just want to know why with this one it s not working. Plus, the two
    others games of the bundle (pack) are working, just not this one.
