Why Isn't Elder Scrolls VI going to be on the Xbox 360

Recommendations for Dragon's Dogma:

Spend time playing every class, so you can unlock all the upgrade perks. Some stay with you once unlocked even when you go to a class that doesn't otherwise have that perk.

Take time to test and teach your pawn. Fully train them to respond in the best way to compliment your play style. I played always renting a pawn from another gamer here on the forums, where his pawn was so well trained that I could put my controller down
mid battle and take a bathroom break and my character is kept safe by his pawn. Mind blowing.

Don't fuss over what armors are better. It doesn't take long before armor ratings make no difference and you can suit up based on what looks the best.

.

Physical attributes matter. Character sizes and builds make a difference for pros and cons of big or small, and enemies operate on real term physics too. Where you hit an enemy matters more than any other game out there.

Be very careful with the save system. It's tricky and can mess with you. Just saving at a random time is no good. When you want to finish a play session, go to an inn and save and rest fully or you may lose progress cause the system is really weird.

Now, as far as achievements, there's none for difficulty, but there is one for getting every last non board quest, which can be tricky cause some are easily missed, and there is one for having gone through the game and rebooted the same save into new game
plus and beating the game again.

There is also some achievements that require choices made in certain ways during the game, and may require you to look online about them if you want to get them. Otherwise, an easy enough game for getting all achievements.

I only need the two I mentioned specifically here, and a secret one involving a special dragon that my game seems to have glitched about.

I haven't played DD in awhile, as I paid for the main basic game, and purchased all extra content, then they releasd the new edition with all content included, plau the new "Dark Arisen" content, and I don't like that I'm foced to re buy everything I've
already payed for just for that one piece of new content.

 

While we are on Dragon's Dogma, I gotta say something. As much fun as cyclone is in Dragonborn, Maelstrom in Dragon's Dogma has it beat. It takes a while to wind it up but it took out half of a Chimera all by itself and on a crowd of bandits it's so much
fun.

 

If you don't have high maelstrom yet, it gets better that, high gicel, and high bolide will basically walk you through the game lol. High silentium and high void spell will also help tons with BBI when you finally decide to go.

I enjoy playing Dragon's Dogma on Hard, I have to say. Neither the Cyclops nor Wolves actually let me survive a hit, but if that's how it's going to be that's how it's going to be

How common are 10, 000 Gold pouches?

 

Quite common on hard. If you use a bankers periapt or pilgrims charm it's either every other one or 90% of drops, it seems to fluctuate between enemies. Cyclopes can be a pain even on normal mode, but once you find the rhythm to defeat them it gets a lot
easier, even on hard. Basically go for the eye lol. Ogres are the one you want to watch out for.

 

I was curious about that. For some reason every small wolf pack would drop one, and there are typically three small packs in an encounter. It was getting a bit ridiculous. Goblins drop them... lol. I went up 100, 000G walking the head through the canyon
and already had 140, 000G.

I believe it might be just before or just after the Encampment where you can deviate off the path to your left and head into the hills, dodging a large boulder? I went there before the encampment, killing wolves and bandits *reasonably* easily, only to run
into a group of eight that I was never going to get past.

That's fine, I backed off. On my way out, however, I triggered two more bandits (one Strider, one heavily-armoured death-dealing commando). My God that guy was killing me for so long it wasn't even funny. In two hits he would drop my companions, then after
that he would drop them in one hit. He would drop me in one hit with any attack and when I killed him he didn't even drop anything I loved it.

Ogres are the ones that barely put any effort into attacking, being too excited that there are women in the party? They have a ridiculous amount of health, it's actually quite amazing. I decided I would jump onto his back, so he decided he would fall backwards.
I died That was alright though, because he charged at my pawn, threw her off the edge and ran off himself, so I didn't have to grind through ten minutes of knocking his health out. I don't find them challenging, exactly, but the exposure to risk given their
obscene health is high.

Interesting game I'm very much enjoying, it has to be repeated. I like having found my Warrior class as well, although the playstyle sure is going to be interesting on Hard...

 

Just wait till you come across a dragon. Your first encounter with a drake in the open will make ogres and cyclops and wolves and bandits all seem like child's play.

I wasn't going to be killing it but I wasn't particularly threatened by it either. Simply left it as an enemy to come back to later, especially since I realised it has a retarded amount of health and another eight health bars.

Leave it for another time. Fantastic game I'm reasonably glad that whatever this enormous thing chained to the wall in Bitterblack Isle is passive until attacked as well, because that's just like the drake. Definitely not going to happen at the moment.

 

You made the right choice, the dragon is a foe to be reckoned with for sure.

 

The drakes are quite easy with a strider/assassin/magic archer class, although everything is easier with those classes lol. The gorecyclopes are the things chained up, and you DO NOT *** WITH THOSE. They are large and can go into a rage mode like the ogres
and move very fast for their size. Also, if you have women in your party, ogres will focus on them more than men, so if you're a guy you can focus a lot of attacks on them without much trouble.

 

Once you are significantly leveled, and have gone through most of the main game, the drakes and gorecyclops aren't so bad.

 

Where the gorecyclopes are in BBI and gransys are easy to take out since you can take advantage of a clipping loop-hole. Drakes are easy due to they stay to the ground more often and are more physical than the other 2 draconis species. Wyverns are usually
the PITA because they spam spells like nothing and in the open are primarily in the air.
