Why isn't Achievments unlocking on Lego Star wars the Skywalker Saga

Playing lego star wars the skywalker saga it just froze while loading in with no error message or code

I understand you need assistance with your game achievements. Just a little information, it can take up to 72 hours for achievement to appear or reflect on our account so waiting for a but might help and while waiting, I highly recommend Please resyncing your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

The Story & Freeplay modes on Episodes 1,2,3,7,8 & 9 have unlocked and I've been given the achievements for those six, but Eps 4,5, & 6 haven't unlocked for some reason despite doing the same routine for the other 6 eps.

same here. I’m supposed to have unlocked at least 3 achievements on this game to my knowledge which are still not unlocked after doing everything I’ve read on the internet.
