Why is Xbox suspending me for putting up group posts

I put up a group post for a military simulation it banned me for it for a whole week now it's not letting me appeal it either which is just stupid Xbox is killing off one of its bigger audiences surely I'm doing something wrong is what I first thought when I was first suspended for this but no I put join the Ottoman empire recruiting and it banned me if I don't get an answer revolving around how I can't be unbanned I'm going to quit Xbox
