Why is Xbox support ignoring me...

Every message i send to the enforcement team just goes ignored, and im waiting upon someone to reply to me from the 'xbox achievements not unlocking survey' (the sticky on this forum) which should take no longer than 48 hours according to them (its been
over 2 weeks)

The only people who seem to help is live support, but they are limited to what they can fix, so im waiting on these teams, and nobody is replying to me at all...

is there anywhere else i can go?!

Please refrain from making duplicate threads. Usually, it would be okay to make a new thread if your previous one had not been replied to a few months ago...but since you have created this thread as well as bumping the other one I am going to lock this one
up and I advise you too stick to the original thread.

why are support ignoring me

ok i understand, but it seems the only way to get my question answered people seem very good at saying what not allowed but not very good at community support. So is someone willing to answer my question on the original thread

The Enforcement team will only reply to questions based on suspensions and bans. Besides support there is nobody else to turn to.

That post about achievements unlocking doesn't cover all solutions either.

When an achievement gets stuck (you will usually see that you have 100% completion but it doesn't unlock) simply log in to the same game with a 2nd profile and then back to the original profile (if you don't have a 2nd account simply make one for sorting
this issue out)

Destiny seems to have this problem more than most games and you have to load a Guardian in each profile before the achievement pops.

The achievements will probably unlock on their own eventually anyway, if you're patient enough but it can take any amount of time. It's happened to me a few times where I've unlocked achievements months after actually completing them.

He means that people who come to this thread will have no idea what you are talking about, so creating two threads is kind of pointless.

I think what he means is that this thread doesn't provide any information. Neither I nor anybody else reading this thread knows what the issue is, and thus can't offer any assistance.

As Desolater IV points out though, if you want to talk to official Microsoft support, you should try the phone numbers on the
contact page.
