Why is Xbox support callback not working?

Hello,

I have done this numerous times. I can’t actually contact them as the only option to speak to somebody in person is a call back and this is broken - constantly receiving error message. I have seen that this has been an issue for lots of people for many years. Very frustrating it has not been resolved yet and I am still unable to contact Microsoft

Thanks but this doesn’t help as I still have the same message.

So I'm guessing this was never resolved?

Georges, I've read two threads now where you've made out the customer is incompetent when in fact there is a KNOWN issue with requesting a call back in the UK and it has existed for months if not years.

I think an official response is long LONG overdue.

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.
