Why is XBox so bad

You must've not read the post... especially the bit about "7 different headsets" ...

Actually knowing the headset manufacturer would help a great deal, for example if they are all Turtle Beach headsets I would recommend you going to Turtle Beach forums and see if other people are having same issues. Just because they are 7 different headsets doesn't mean its still not the manufacturers fault.

Also you don't tell us anything about "The system" is it an Xbox One, One X, One S, Series X or a Series S. Are you in the preview programme that gets system updates early so they can be beta tested.

Basically the more information you give us the better chance we have of helping you.

There are several steps in Troubleshoot xbox wireless headset that may assist you.

If you connect the headset to your controller, make sure you Update xbox wireless controller to the latest firmware. All controllers you use need to run the firmware update. I prefer the uSB method.

Since you haven’t told us what headset you’re using I can’t help you

I read it, but you still haven’t told us which headsets and how you’re connecting them to the system.

“It just breaks” doesn’t allow me to help you, which is what I’m here to do. Give me as much information as you can. Which model, how is it connected, ehat are you doing
