WHY IS XBOX ONE(JUAN) SO BAD ?

I have been with xbox since the beginning . But this is defiantly the worst piece of hardware they have ever released . I cant go a week without the software malfunctioning causing my game to crash , or the whole system just being well..... inconsistent
. Over the last couple years i have had many , many situations where i ask myself ......why am i still playing this crap . Ive had the controllers disconnect with full batteries even though i am literally three feet away from the xbox. My xbox freezes to the
point where i have to disconnect the power bar to apply a full system reset , i would estimate two to three times a week . I have also had to download the OS system off of there website because the "preview program" update wiped my OS (that was fun) . I also
had a friend from the UK send me a code for Microsoft money (or whatever you call it) . I was able to claim the code on my xbox but was shocked to see i could not use it ..........It was in Euro . After a long conversation with Xbox Support they could not
refund the money nor could i use it . " so your saying after 8 years and thousands of my dollars i have spent on your products , you cant refund my friend or simply charge me the 15 euros that i cant use and give me the Canadian currency equivalent code (witch
i am assuming they could do)" . I could just be rambling but is anyone having these issues like me ? .

Personally, I haven't experienced the issues that you are referring to. If you are part of the preview program you will most likely experience more problems than users that are not part of the program because you are in fact running beta code.

You must've not read the post... especially the bit about "7 different headsets" ...

I'm quite sure the problem isn't with the headset so knowing the headset isn't going to fix XBox

Actually knowing the headset manufacturer would help a great deal, for example if they are all Turtle Beach headsets I would recommend you going to Turtle Beach forums and see if other people are having same issues. Just because they are 7 different headsets doesn't mean its still not the manufacturers fault.

Also you don't tell us anything about "The system" is it an Xbox One, One X, One S, Series X or a Series S. Are you in the preview programme that gets system updates early so they can be beta tested.

Basically the more information you give us the better chance we have of helping you.

There are several steps in Troubleshoot xbox wireless headset that may assist you.

If you connect the headset to your controller, make sure you Update xbox wireless controller to the latest firmware. All controllers you use need to run the firmware update. I prefer the uSB method.
