    i keep calling the support numbers but none pick up please help

    My xbox one is not picking up the internet. More in my house has normal internet wanted to know why this is happening?

    im a gold member but i can sign in though live through my xbox.. Please Help!

    I keep getting code 80048821

    Im just became a gold member about 30mins ago

    im tryin to log onto xbox live though my xbox but its keeps saying,

    wrong password, email address you have entered doesn't have a xbox live membership???



    why is it not picking it up yet???

    What Happened to Being Able to Call Xbox/Microsoft by Phone and Now Request Call Back, Gone...

    I still think this was a horrible mistake on the part of Xbox Support. There are many users who are not very technological and we as users should be able to pick up the phone and call to speak to a live agent. I am not happy with this new request a call
    back feature.
