WHY IS XBOX LIVE SO FRUSTRATING!?

EB Games had a deal that when you got one Xbox live gold membership for three months it would give you one for free I put in the first one it worked then three months later I put in the second one but it just said sorry this code is invalid so what do I
do? I guess Microsoft could issue me out another code THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK but I doubt they would do that.

Warning to those who have this game

Sidd230 is so right that PC servers for online gaming are pretty reliable compared to xbox live. I just never have been kicked off as much as I have on Xbox Live. Sometimes I get so frustrated I wonder if I should just buy a PS3. =P jk

Normally when a code shows as invalid that means at least one of the 25 characters you are putting in is incorrect.

Keep in mind when looking at the code that Bs can look like 8s and 5s can look like Ss.

One thing you can do with xbox support is contact them by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they will send you an email that you can reply to with a picture and see if they can decipher the code for you.

h8, if you'd actually used the Xbox One even remotely recently (your last achievement earned was way back in April), you would've realized that most of those apps aren't full-screen anymore. The messages for example are now all done in snap-mode. Also Phil
Spencer has officially stated that a screenshot function IS coming soon.

My apps do take about 5 or so seconds to load and I feel they could be a little faster but I haven't experienced anything like you have. If they could somehow make these things run a little faster it would be a major QOL update. Kinda like how a new smartphone
loads everything very quickly.

a year later and people still gripe about it, has voice messaging been sorted yet?..isnt that the biggest gripe thats been going on for a year, glad to see microsoft listens to the community oh but wait they wont implement it because they want us to use
skype, can you play movies off a flash drive yet? nah they want us to use netflix etc instead, wake up and smell the coffee people this is a commercial console as soon as you open it, its pay pay pay

I am an early adopter. I know new products will have its issues. But lets be honest, there are way more problems than expected. I agree that one day, whenever everything is fixed, the console will be amazing. Never with any console (and I own pretty much
every one that comes out), have there been so many problems with all of the core features. I see microsoft adopted the new video game release tactic of, push it out the door and fix it months down the road.
