Why is xbox live not available in NIGERIA???

its very unfortunate that we can't get and are unable to purchase xbox live gold membership here in NIGERIA. please I know one person's opinion is not enough to convince Microsoft to set up shop. I do know that there are quit a tone of gamers in the country
that are great xbox fans but have had thier potentials subdued cus they can't get access to a gold membership. I also know that it's possibly cus the gaming community isn't large enough to set make it possible but how can the community grow if we can't get
access to multiplayer. I do hope someone at Microsoft sees this and not some bot, and i hope he takes it into consideration. It's very painful to not be able to play online after having this many games. I don't want to talk about psn here cus it's not worth
it but it's sickening that I find some people having access to psn plus while no xbox live gold membership is available. Please the xbox is played here very well and no membership access is sad.

Its not yet in every major country in the world 'officially'. Eventually it will get there. Till then there are other ways you can connect. Do some google searching about it

This post should have been answered by now. Xbox should be available in Nigeria considering the number of consoles being sold here.

 

It's usually due to rules and regulations in the country.
