Asking for password every time I sign in.

Every time i log-in to xbox live it's asking to insert my password every time. Started happening when I changed my alias Email to my main Email. all other post i see about this are very old and setting are different.

I need help.... It logs into live for a split second then logs off showing this code and it's asking me to put my email and password in every time

duh! It'll ask for it everytime to see it's you. Don't worry, It's just for security reason.

That happens to me too. I have to do it a few times while trying to log in, and then suddenly, it'll let me through. It takes about 20 minutes though.

I know the password and I enter it correctly every time.... I do not need to reset it thats what microsoft keeps asking!! When I log in it says I need to verify my account by entering the code sent to email (which i do correctly) then it says thats not
enough and makes me type in more security questions with my console information which I also do. Then after that it tells me it could not verify me... it is ridiculous and ILLEGAL to lock someone out of their account when they have the CORRECT information!!

I keep getting this error code appear too. For about a week every time I log onto my box it has been asking for my email address, my password and then asking if I want it to remember my password. After all this it was telling me of xbox code 80048821 which
basically meant either my password was wrong or my account did not have live. I knew my password was correct and I did have live because firstly I signed into the xbox website on my phone and secondly it was signing me into live in the background of my Xbox
when asking for my email and password. I got through this by just clicking through it all multiple times then pressing the Xbox button and I stayed logged in. Now it's just telling me every time to try again later error code: 80151011 . I completely understand
the idea of Xbox proofs, they just don't seem necessary considering they cause this much trouble .. Xbox live costs so much money and now I'm just wasting away days unable to play it.
