Why is xbox live enforcement team so garbage

I was com banned today because I told someone after they had already been harassing me that they were a failed abortion. Abortion isnt a swear word you microsoft children. How is it that I've been paying for this service for 12 years and you all of the sudden
want to be a bunch of pansies. This is ridiculous. Ive spent thousands on xbox live alone and this is how you absolute despicable folks at the enforcement team treat recurring customers? I'm tired of this PC mentality that is killing free speech. I care less
for your terms of service, they're corrupt, this is America

Again this is America. I have the ability to respond and I will. You "people" on the enforcement team need to actually look into each individual case instead of "oh boy this person said bad word time to ban". Like I said I've been here for 12 years and
it's only recently you corrupt "people" decide this is okay. Despicable. The other person has yet to be banned as well which tells me that the enforcement team doesnt actually look into every report as stated on these forums. Nice lie guys

Those are the rules you agreed to in order to play on Live. It's not that hard to play by the rules.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Anyone can file a complaint on your for any reason, but the enforcement team won't take action unless they determine you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms
of use. So it doesn't necessarily matter why your friend was filing the complaints.
