Why is Xbox Live account sharing my personal information without consent?

This is very worrying to me that your services are sharing my personal information while I have everything set to not display my name. I have attempted several times to change and you are still leaving me out in the open. I've been on your live platform
for years and this doesn't make me happy at all. What's preventing you from leaking even more of our user information? Also would like information how to remove any credit card or other payment system with this account.

Changing Emails Help

Thank you for responding. Based off the link it is connected to my current account and email information which is my parents. Changing the alias does nothing to the xbox live information it is simply to receive emails which will then change my parents email
again and mess everything up. I need to know how to completely change all the xbox live information to a separate account email and everything so it is my personal information but it seems impossible to do so without making another account, in which case is
extremely redundant and unnecessary.
