    why is xbox ignoring my issue?


    Im not here to waste time so im getting straight to the point. i recently lost an 8 year account because i called a guy a turd and he told on me and got me suspended. my buddy messaged the guy an told him he was a tattletale an xbox banned my account for
    life... makes sense right? Even though i feel xbox has either extremely angry support or they just dont care that there taking thousands of dollars away from you in licenses for saying a name thats nothing near considered offensive. not to mention major
    nelson clearly states you will NEVER LOSE LICENSES FOR PERM BANS !!!!???? whatt???!!!.. yes he says this in an interview with reddit. he also begins saying it would be crappy for xbox to take away licenses for perm bans.??!!! so long story short xbox lawyers
    ,support,ect have been ignoring me for 4 months even telling me owell theres nothing you can do!!???after almost a decade of support and thousands of dollars they truly care nothing about there customer. so im giving up you win xbox . but know this you support
    sucks, pretty much the only reason everyone doesnt switch to ps4 is because you guys were 100$ cheaper at launch! peaceeeee

    Adding to Bazajaytee's post,

    The achievements will probably unlock on their own eventually anyway, if you're patient enough but it can take any amount of time. It's happened to me a few times where I've unlocked achievements months after actually completing them.

    Why is Xbox support ignoring me...

    Every message i send to the enforcement team just goes ignored, and im waiting upon someone to reply to me from the 'xbox achievements not unlocking survey' (the sticky on this forum) which should take no longer than 48 hours according to them (its been
    over 2 weeks)

    The only people who seem to help is live support, but they are limited to what they can fix, so im waiting on these teams, and nobody is replying to me at all...

    is there anywhere else i can go?!

    Thats my issue, that refund teams keep ignoring me.. ive mentioned that in almost all my responses... all my emails is being ignored by them.

    Thats why i posted it on the forum to inform the public of their (refund team) useless customer service and that they can do and pleaae and mistreat us like they want because there is no accountability for them. We the public is complety powerless and they know it and thats why they choose to ignore me us there is no consequences for them.
