Why is Xbox game hub telling me I have zero hours in Dishnoured one and two

Whenever I check the game card, and check game hub

My hours are zero which is obviously unture as I have earned achievements and played the game quite a bit

I would like to see if this can be fixed

Loads of games don't track time played correctly.There's not anything that can be done.

Does this happen with any other game?

First, check for any outages on Xbox Status here:

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

Then, try clearing your Xbox cache:

1. Turn off the Xbox One completely.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back.

3. Wait at least 1 minute.

4. Plug the power cable back in.

5. Turn the console back on.

If that doesn't work, try removing your account from the Xbox and re-adding it (sync your cloud saves first).

Same thing happened to me. This is outrageous. It even says in my Game Hub that I have played 8 hours and 6 mins which I havent done that either but id rather have 2 hours rather than zero.

If it is the Enforcement Team that has something to do with this, please tell me why are all my chips reset to ZERO when i start the game?
