Why is Xbox design lab saying that I need to put my name on my account when I already have?

Thank you for replying to my question.

The Control Model number is 1914. This is a Design Lab controller.

I have already followed all the troubleshooting steps on the website as I previously mentioned.

If this controller is not compatible with the Xbox 360 then why was this not informed to me before placing the order or put on the Design Lab Ordering Page?

This is very important info before a person spends a lot of money on these controllers!

I like my xbox design lab controller , my 2 fav colors and my name is on it.

I have to have the info to reset it. I mean, I'm on my account on my xbox, why do I need to put in my password to change it when I'm already on my account? It sucks!

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
