Why is ultimate edition content missing?

I bought the dying light 2 ultimate edition but some of the content i still have to pay for even though i should have everything.

The game was purchased on my xbox account around christmas last year, it's just that new stuff has come out and even though i have the ultimate edition I don't have some content

Thanks for your feedback, may I know as well what you tried to fix the problem?

In the meantime please try removing your profile from the console. Once removed please perform a physical power cycle disconnecting the power cable:

"Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

My account isn't the problem neither is the xbox it's the game provider and or Microsoft themselves, I'm not paying another $50 just to get everything again when I could already have it.

I have tried the steps you suggested and it still doesn't solve the problem. I don't really need the content it's just it's frustrating when this happens, it's happened in the past aswell when I bought mortal kombat 11 for a family member.

Edit: I found out that they haven't put the dlc into the ultimate bundle that is why I don't have it. Hopefully they add it in the future so i can have all the content i paid for.
