why is this taking so *** long to download

Discus and support why is this taking so *** long to download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i bought the game at 3pm.. now at 65% at 11:30 pm (( UK GMT+1)) i have restarted my modem, rebooted my Xbox .. hard rebooted my Xbox one i may add.....     why is this taking so *** long to download


    i bought the game at 3pm.. now at 65% at 11:30 pm (( UK GMT+1))

    i have restarted my modem, rebooted my Xbox .. hard rebooted my Xbox one i may add..

    yet my Xbox is only got a bandwidth of 2-3mb yet my PC has 30mb ...

    is there anything i can do to get it to go faster? should i try to switch regions or something? if so anyone able to tell me how

    This is taking a while to download...

    This download is taking a long time. 3 hours and it's barely at 70%. Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Hey buddy I live in the states and I have been trying to download gears ultimate since Friday 2pm and now is sunday 10:30 pm and i'm at 78% so ireally don't know whats happening.

    Okay i underatand that and yea i submitted 2 case reviews. The last guy i talked to he told me not to submit anymore because it might take longer but is there anything i can do because i bought the xbox series x but i might return it because i dont have
