    Why is this Minecraft skin pack not loading?


    I bought a minecraft skin pack called “Beyond” that doesn’t load in no matter what I do. I’ve restarted the app, tried to load it in on different platforms and devices (ipad, iphone, PS5) but it will never load in. I don’t know if it’s bugged or what but I am bummed that I spent money on something that I can’t even wear or see.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with your Minecraft skin. When you mentioned that it does not load, do you mean it's showing on your dressing room but your friends can't see it? Or you don't see it completely in your dressing room?

    To check, start the Minecraft Launcher.

    Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

    Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

    Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

    The Starter collection includes the Minecraft base game and the Starter Pack compilation: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack.

    Minecraft for Windows 10 only includes the base game.
