Why is this console still so inconsistent?

I've had my Xbox One going on 3 years and so far the experience hasn't been a very positive one. While the games are good it's everything else about the console I find so frustrating, it's just completely inconsistent.

Some days notifications won't pop up, then achievements won't unlock, then videos won't load, then messages can't be sent, games in the store can't be viewed, profiles can't be viewed, can't compare achievements, can't view achievements, can't send game
invites, can't send party invites, can't assign anything to my pins, can't remove a pin and so on and so on and so on. Literally every task/feature will fail to work at some point.

Then the new updates come out and compound all the issues and seem to break half the features. It's a viscious cycle that has no end in sight. It seems they would rather just start working on the next update rather than address all the holes left by the
latest one.

While I put up with it the best I could the first 2 years it's just taken its toll on how I view this console. I'm starting to really despise it and the people in charge of supposedly fixing/maintaining/updating it, they just can't put it all together and
make everything work, every time.

Is anyone else burnt out on putting up with the issues? This is without a doubt my least favorite Xbox console solely due to its constant state of inconsistency.

I have arranged UPS collection for tomorrow for satan's box to be shipped back to Germany once again.

I just hope they extend the warranty again from completion of the second repair.

Hi, contact support again please, the E64 error indicates a repair is required. If you only had the console back from repair for two weeks and this happens I would imagine it would be a free repair as all official repairs carry a 90 day warranty.

What is my warranty after my console is serviced?

We provide a post-service warranty for serviced consoles. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in-warranty or out-of-warranty as follows:

•In-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console was serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

•Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console was serviced out of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced console will have a 90-day warranty.
