Why is this achievement hacking tool not banned?

Hi, I see a lot of people in discord saying they are using this tool that unlocks achievements for Xbox One, Series and PC games;

Lots say they use this since release last year, why are people not being banned?

Hello CleverToot, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If you see someone doing something against the terms of use and code of conduct of Xbox Live then you can report them by going to their bio and selecting Report or Block. Once there you can follow the instructions provided to report the player.

Once done you can then block the person so they cannot contact you again.

The report is sent to the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) to investigate and take any necessary action on.

I have read your message. However, the only way to report people is via the method I posted above. It's the only way the enforcement team can be reached. Beyond that I would recommend reporting the threads themselves to Discord Support.

Unfortunately...there are people that hack/ban/ and kick people offline. I've seen the tools in a skype video with a friend. There are people that very well CAN ban/hack your account and even worse....There really needs to be something done to protect players
from this sort of thing.
