Why is this account not receiving a ban??

Was enjoying my time playing the game, randomly check my messages to find that someone had tried messaging me mid-game. I was disgusted by the messages I saw, so I filed a report. Typically a coms ban happens automatically, however for this player that doesn't
seem to be the case.. Help??

It can take time for the enforcement team to investigate. Suspensions are not always issued immediately.

It is as stated by Xbox Forums MVP Ambassador and Moderator Smwutches
explained. This is something that is also depicted in the article titled

Reporting player on Xbox Live:

"After you submit the report, it enters a dedicated queue that we monitor. We’ll investigate it and take action according to our
policies."

Just want to make sure this player receives a corrective action. Hate speech like that is not acceptable.

When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.

You should have received an e-mail explaining why your account was baned. Any questions regarding the ban or the e-mail should be directed to the forum for banned accounts.
